Orders placed after 12:00 PM (UK time) will be processed the following business day.

UK Customers

Express Tracked Shipping (£15): 1–2 business days.
International Customers (Rest of World)

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are determined by your local customs office.
5. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

If you choose not to have the package resent, we may issue a refund minus any shipping costs and handling fees.
6. Delivery Issues
We take care to ensure your order arrives safely, but if your package is:
